A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman who takes pride in excellent craftsmanship, knows how to lead a crew, and can keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a hardscape installation crew Review project plans, layouts, specifications, and daily priorities Coordinate with project managers, designers, clients, and other trades Lay out and install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, driveways, and other hardscape features Oversee excavation, grading, drainage, base preparation, compaction, cutting, and material installation Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and approved designs Assign tasks and train crew members in proper installation techniques Track labor, materials, equipment, and project progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment Identify jobsite challenges and communicate solutions promptly Complete daily reports and project documentation as required Maintain professional communication with clients and represent the company well Qualifications At least [5] years of professional hardscape installation experience as a foreman Previous crew-lead or foreman experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, elevations, base preparation, and compaction Experience installing concrete pavers, natural stone, segmental retaining walls, steps, and related materials Ability to read landscape plans, construction drawings, measurements, and elevations Experience safely operating compact construction equipment Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a crew while maintaining quality and productivity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and a professional attitude ICPI/CMHA, NCMA, OSHA, or equipment certifications are a plus CDL or experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, full-time work Overtime opportunities [Paid vacation and holidays] [Health, dental, and vision insurance] [Retirement plan/company match] [Performance bonuses] Company-provided tools, equipment, clothing and safety gear Training and advancement opportunities A professional team environment focused on craftsmanship and growth The opportunity to lead distinctive, high-end outdoor construction projects Ideal Candidate The right candidate is a hands-on leader who sets the pace for the crew, pays close attention to details, and understands how to complete hardscape projects correctly from the ground up.
