About Us Landscape II is a landscape design-build company specializing in professionally designed and expertly installed outdoor spaces. Our projects include complete landscape renovations, planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, lawns, lighting, hardscape and other high-end construction. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead an installation crew and manage the day-to-day execution of residential and commercial landscape projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values craftsmanship, productivity, safety, and excellent client service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscape installation crew Review landscape plans, project specifications, and daily priorities Assign tasks and keep the crew productive, organized, and on schedule Coordinate with project managers, designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Lay out and oversee the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, lawns, mulch, edging, and other landscape materials Manage grading, drainage, soil preparation, irrigation, and site restoration work Assist with hardscape installation when required Ensure projects are completed according to approved plans and company quality standards Track labor, materials, equipment, and project progress Receive and verify plant and material deliveries Identify jobsite challenges and communicate solutions promptly Train crew members in proper installation, equipment operation, and safety procedures Operate skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and other landscape equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Communicate professionally with clients and represent the company well Complete daily reports and other project documentation as required Qualifications At least [5] years of professional landscape installation experience Previous foreman or crew-lead experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of plant materials and proper planting techniques Experience with grading, drainage, soil preparation, sod, seeding, and landscape installation Ability to read landscape plans, construction drawings, measurements, and elevations Experience operating compact construction and landscape equipment Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a crew while maintaining quality and productivity Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and a professional attitude Irrigation, pesticide, OSHA, CDL, or equipment certifications are a plus Experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, full-time work Overtime opportunities [Paid vacation and holidays] [Health, dental, and vision insurance] [Retirement plan with company match] [Performance or project-completion bonuses] Company-provided tools, equipment, clothing, and safety gear Training and career advancement opportunities A professional team environment focused on craftsmanship and growth The opportunity to lead distinctive landscape design-build projects Ideal Candidate The right candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating exceptional landscapes.
