Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead our landscaping teams in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee landscape projects, ensure high standards of lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, irrigation, and horticultural practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in landscaping, and a passion for transforming outdoor environments. Duties Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to ensure vibrant and healthy landscapes. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote optimal watering efficiency. Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues such as pests or disease, and implement solutions promptly. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on plant selection, landscape design, and maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all project sites. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with supervising experience preferred. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening principles. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape enhancement projects. Skid steer and mini-excavator experience is a must. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
