A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of mowing division operations
- Supervise and coordinate all mowing staff, including hiring and recruitment and performance evaluations and improvement
- Perform quality control daily, ensuring that every mowing job is performed with the utmost attention to detail and ensuring no areas are missed and all services are complete without exception
- Develop and implement mowing equipment maintenance plans
- Work with the mowing crews daily
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Skills
- A minimum of three years of experience managing a mowing crew is mandatory
- Proficiency in all mowing related tasks
- Experience with all mowing equipment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
