We are seeking a Mowing Division Head to oversee our mowing operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering quality lawncare services.

• Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of mowing division operations
• Supervise and coordinate all mowing staff, including hiring and recruitment and performance evaluations and improvement
• Perform quality control daily, ensuring that every mowing job is performed with the utmost attention to detail and ensuring no areas are missed and all services are complete without exception
• Develop and implement mowing equipment maintenance plans
• Work with the mowing crews daily
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Skills
• A minimum of three years of experience managing a mowing crew is mandatory
• Proficiency in all mowing related tasks
• Experience with all mowing equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
