Overview Trueman Landscaping LLC is a small, local landscaping company based in McCandless. We are looking to add full-time employees to our landscaping crew for the upcoming season. This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner and be part of a growing company where employees are valued, respected, and appreciated. This role will be primarily leading landscape jobs, with occasional days devoted to grass cutting when necessary. This is still a labor position. Responsibilities

• Landscape Foreman lead a crew and work with a team to complete the daily job. You will follow instructions and convey them to team members. Direct team members on tasks and train them on best practices. Maintain efficiency and quality of work. Ensure small details of each job are completed. Handle customer communication on site.
• Landscape responsibilities include mulch installation, weeding, bush and tree trimming, plant and tree installation, fall leaf cleanups, and other various landscaping services. You will be trained on all aspects of the job and learn our standards.
• Snow removal opportunities available in winter season, including driveway crew.

Qualifications Landscaping experience highly preferred, we will train you on all equipment we use! (stand on/walk behind mower, push mower, weed whacker, backpack blower, hedge trimmer, various hand tools) Must have reliable transportation to shop and meeting location Ability to perform physical outdoor work 40+ hours per week Willingness to learn and work hard.
