This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to lead landscape maintenance initiatives, oversee turf and plant health, and coordinate hardscaping and irrigation projects. As a key team member, you will ensure that the course remains in top condition for players while fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation. Duties Assist in managing daily groundskeeping operations, including turf care, landscaping, and plant identification to maintain optimal course aesthetics and functionality Supervise crew members in performing turf care, landscape maintenance, hardscaping construction projects, and groundskeeping tasks with precision and efficiency Oversee irrigation management systems to ensure proper watering schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment for healthy turf and plant growth Lead hardscape projects such as pathway installations, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to enhance course features Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including company vehicles, landscaping tools, and specialized machinery Coordinate with team members to execute tree care, gardening activities, and general grounds maintenance while adhering to safety standards Monitor environmental conditions and implement sustainable practices to promote healthy turfgrass, plants, and trees across the course Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles within outdoor environments Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, plant identification, and grounds maintenance equipment operation Hands-on experience with irrigation systems management and troubleshooting outdoor watering infrastructure Construction experience related to hardscaping projects such as pathways or landscape features is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with a focus on groundskeeping or landscaping activities Familiarity with tree care practices, gardening techniques, and general landscape construction processes Join us in creating an exceptional golfing experience by blending expert grounds management with innovative landscaping solutions.
