You will lead a small crew delivering top-tier grounds maintenance to high-end residential and commercial properties across the Pittsburgh area.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead a crew of one to two team members on daily maintenance projects. Operate professional landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Perform mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control. Drive company trucks to client sites across the service area. Communicate respectfully with clients, teammates, and management. Uphold quality standards on every job site.
