Job Description

The Hardscaping Team Member plays a vital role in transforming residential outdoor spaces through expert installation of hardscape projects. Working with a small team of 2-4 members, you will collaborate closely to prepare sites, handle materials, and install hardscapes and landscape construction projects. This position requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure high-quality landscape construction and successful project completion. Growth opportunities are available, including leadership roles and specialized skill development. Responsibilities Excavate and prepare outdoor living project sites for hardscape and landscape installation Handle and organize materials efficiently and safely on-site Install paver patios and hardscapes according to project specifications Install landscape projects, boulder walls and complete grading using equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery like skid steers, excavators, trucks and trailers safely Collaborate effectively with a small team to complete residential projects Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in hardscaping Proven skills in paver installation and landscape construction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficiency in operating equipment including hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery Ability to work well within a team environment Who should apply for this position?
