Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team in . As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.Duties:
- Maintain and build landscapes according to design plans
- Supervise and direct a team of landscapers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of lawns and plants
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Strong knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and equipment
- Previous experience in supervising a team
- Proficient in irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with tree care practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
