Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team in . As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
  • Maintain and build landscapes according to design plans
  • Supervise and direct a team of landscapers
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems
  • Provide tree care services including pruning and removal
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of lawns and plants
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
  • Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
Experience:
  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
  • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, tools, and equipment
  • Previous experience in supervising a team
  • Proficient in irrigation system installation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with tree care practices
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
