Approximately 10-20 Hours Per Week About the Position Holy City Hardscapes & Landscapes is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Hardscape & Landscape Installer to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on position for someone with professional hardscape, landscape, masonry, or outdoor construction experience who is looking for more than a traditional labor position. The selected candidate will perform skilled installation work while also supporting day-to-day field operations and our Project Manager. Responsibilities will range from hardscape and landscape installation to warranty work, smaller independent projects, project preparation, material logistics, job site quality checks, and general field operations. This position is designed to develop into a Working Crew Lead role , responsible for running projects and leading additional field employees while continuing to work hands-on alongside the crew. Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on project and operational needs and may include: Hardscape and landscape installation Paver patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks Natural stone and masonry installation Retaining and seating walls Drainage installation and repairs Grading and base preparation Sod, planting, and landscape installation Concrete and general outdoor construction Demolition and site preparation Completing smaller projects independently Warranty repairs and project punch-list work Assisting the Project Manager with field-related responsibilities Jobsite preparation and final project detailing Reviewing active jobsites for quality and progress Material pickups and deliveries Loading and unloading trucks and trailers Dump runs and debris removal Maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers Cleaning company vehicles and equipment Assisting with miscellaneous field operations as needed This is a dynamic field position. Some days will consist primarily of skilled installation work, while others may involve completing a repair, preparing an upcoming project, picking up materials, inspecting a jobsite, or assisting the Project Manager. The right candidate understands that quality, productivity, organization, and taking ownership of whatever needs to be accomplished are all part of the job. Leadership & Advancement This position offers a clear path toward becoming a Working Crew Lead within Holy City Hardscapes & Landscapes. As responsibilities increase, the Crew Lead will be expected to: Run hardscape and landscape projects from start to completion Lead and train field employees Physically work alongside the crew Review scopes of work, plans, and installation requirements Coordinate daily field production Plan necessary tools, equipment, and materials Maintain company installation and quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Communicate project progress and field issues with the Project Manager Take ownership of project efficiency and workmanship This is and will remain a hands-on leadership position . We are looking for someone who can lead from the field and work alongside their team. Qualifications Previous professional experience in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, or outdoor construction is strongly preferred.

Have hands-on hardscape and/or landscape installation experience Understand proper construction and installation practices Be capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work Have experience with common construction tools and equipment Be able to work independently when required Be productive without constant supervision Show up consistently and on time Take pride in quality workmanship Maintain clean and organized jobsites Take care of company tools, trucks, and equipment Communicate professionally with management, clients, vendors, and subcontractors Recognize problems and work toward solutions Be comfortable taking responsibility Be willing to perform both skilled and general field tasks Have the ability and desire to eventually lead other employees Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Schedule & Compensation This position will begin at approximately 10-20 hours per week , with the opportunity for increased hours based on demonstrated performance. We are looking for the right long-term fit rather than simply filling a position. Candidates who demonstrate strong installation ability, productivity, reliability, workmanship, leadership, and work ethic will have the opportunity to transition into full-time employment and ultimately a salaried Crew Lead position .
