Lead and motivate a landscaping crew to deliver beautiful, high-quality installations Run a crew where you will manage daily production, communicate with managers and maintain quality Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to keep projects on track Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and on budget Operate landscaping tools and equipment with care Take pride in turning designs into finished landscapes you can stand back and admire

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license + clean driving record 1-2 years of landscaping experience (installation and/or crew leadership) Strong work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail Solid organizational and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions A growth mindset — eager to learn and lead
