Full-time, Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead our irrigation team in delivering high-quality irrigation maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of irrigation care. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage irrigation installation and maintenance projects from start to finish. Lead a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, and pipes. Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain safety standards on all job sites. Manage inventory, tools, and equipment required for irrigation work. Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes regarding irrigation systems. Travel out of town as needed to complete projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in irrigation installation and maintenance. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required. Ability to travel out of town for jobs as needed. Knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
