A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

SUMMARY Roebuck Landscaping (RL) is growing in the Upstate and seeking an experienced, dependable Landscape Installation Foreman to support new residential community projects in the Greenville/Mauldin area . The Foreman is responsible for leading a landscape installation crew and ensuring daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Roebuck Landscaping's quality standards . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands landscape installation, can keep a crew productive, and takes ownership of the finished product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and direct a landscape installation crew throughout daily operations. Coordinate installation of sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, grading, and other landscape materials . Review daily assignments and ensure crews understand production goals and expectations. Monitor quality, productivity, safety, and jobsite organization throughout the workday. Safely operate and oversee the use of landscape tools and equipment. Train and develop Crew Members on proper installation techniques, equipment use, and company standards. Communicate project progress, material needs, delays, and field concerns to leadership. Ensure required PPE and company safety procedures are followed.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Lead by example and hold the crew accountable for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Teamwork . Keep crews organized, prepared, and productive throughout the day. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production. Develop Crew Members and help build a strong, dependable team. Take ownership of each project from daily setup through final cleanup. Consistently deliver finished landscapes that meet company and client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous landscape installation or construction experience required . Previous crew leadership or Foreman experience preferred. Knowledge of sod, plant material, grading, landscape installation, and basic equipment operation. Ability to lead, train, and motivate field employees. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
