• and expect from others Requirements 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and ability to be insured Reliable transportation to Tiger, GA 3+ years of experience in landscape installation, maintenance, or related trades Experience leading or mentoring crew members in a field environment Proficient equipment operation Landscape Crew Leader, Field Foreman, or Field Lead roles Experience in hardscaping, irrigation, or specialty installations Knowledge of plant material, soil, and installation best practices If you've been in this industry long enough to know what great looks like, and you want to do that work with a team that cares, we want to hear from you.
