A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position that requires working outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and occasionally working long days to complete projects. Most, but not all, of our work will be in and around Guild, TN and Jasper, TN. Employees should also be prepared to travel to job sites throughout the greater Chattanooga area as projects require. What You'll Do Install and maintain high-quality landscape and hardscape projects Work with plants, trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other hardscape features Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely Load, unload, and move materials as needed Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project expectations What We're Looking For Landscape and/or hardscape experience is preferred, but not required A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift/move materials Comfortable working long days when project schedules require it Attention to detail and pride in your work Experience operating landscape or construction equipment is a plus Valid driver's license is preferred Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the Chattanooga area What We Offer Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance A professional, team-oriented work environment Growth Opportunities We believe in rewarding people who show up, work hard, and consistently perform at a high level.
