Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Production Manager to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects, mowing and snow opperation ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain safety protocols, and uphold the company's commitment to exceptional groundskeeping and horticulture services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse landscape projects, from lawn care to hardscaping construction, while fostering a motivated and efficient team environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping. Oversee hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Lead and coordinate crew members, assigning tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring proper maintenance and storage. Identify plants accurately to guide horticultural decisions and ensure healthy growth across landscapes. Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular inspections, and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, hardscaping construction, or groundskeeping with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation management, plant identification, and horticulture principles. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, providing leadership and mentorship to crew members. Skilled in operating landscaping equipment, company vehicles, and outdoor power tools safely. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of tree care practices and gardening techniques to enhance landscape aesthetics.
