In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport landscaping materials and equipment to various project sites. You will play a vital part in ensuring timely delivery of supplies and supporting landscape projects across diverse outdoor environments. Your expertise in landscaping, equipment operation, and team management will help us deliver exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. This position offers an energetic work environment where your skills in horticulture, irrigation, hardscape installation, and crew supervision will shine. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and vehicles to transport landscaping tools, plants, and materials to construction projects sites. Vehicles to include tri-axle dump truck, 30' gooseneck trailer, isuzu landscape truck Safely operate company equipment to include mini- ex, skid steer, wheel loader Assist with irrigation, landscape and hardscape installation tasks Support irrigation, landscape and hardscape installers Identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements to assist with landscape design and installation Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance with outdoor work experience Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance techniques Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience managing teams or crews in outdoor settings is a plus Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair is highly desirable Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely including ground tools and hardscape machinery Excellent communication skills for team management and client interactions Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable lifting heavy materials as needed Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces while driving safety excellence!
