Landscape Foreman Now Hiring:

Landscape Foreman We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead landscape maintenance and enhancement crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of landscaping practices, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead landscape maintenance and installation crews. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule. Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures. Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools. Ensure quality standards are met for mowing, edging, pruning, planting, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies. Communicate with branch management, clients, and team members regarding job progress and site needs. Monitor labor hours, materials, and equipment usage. Inspect job sites and address any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating crew members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of landscape crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices. Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
