Then look no further, this Operations Manager position may be perfect for you. The Operations Manager is a highly skilled landscape leadership professional who provides supervision and mentorship to our Account Manager team as well as builds and maintains strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities Client Relations:
Visit with clients on a daily basis to develop and maintain a positive, working partnership Meet and exceed client's communication and landscaping expectations Provide quality control to help ensure client retention Work with Account Managers to help identify and effectively communicate property enhancement opportunities
Operations:
Review Account Managers' client proposals, renewals and client budgets and coach Account Managers as needed Supervise irrigation management Work with Account Managers, Production Managers and Crews to deliver services in a timely and efficient manner Assist with all aspects of driving portfolio projects to excellence as needed Position reports to both the Owner and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications:
Horticulture understanding and professional landscaping experience or similar preferred (6-12 years) Must be highly knowledgeable in plant healthcare, irrigation, tree pruning, and design Relevant college degree not required but considered relevant experience Driven, honest, highly motivated An openness to learning and adapting to new processes and systems Willing to put the clients and team first Minimum of 4 years management and leadership experience preferred Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships General knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Valid Texas Driver's License Why you should join our team: We are a local, family-owned business for over 20+ years in the Austin market with a uniquely strong reputation. Compensation and Benefits Include:
Competitive salary range starting at $80,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience Quarterly commission structure outlined at hire Paid Time Off Health Insurance Company phone, computer and on-site vehicle for business use

All positions report to 3815 Woodbury Drive at 6:30am, Monday through
Friday Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
