Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of Terraqueous RV Resort in Blanco, TX. The RV Park Manager will be a polished, enthusiastic person to lead a team and deliver a resort level of customer service to exceed expectations for RV park guests. As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the park, including guest services, maintenance, and budget adherence.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily park operations, ensuring that the Park provides a repeatable safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience. Manage Park operating budget and expenses, Ensure that all park facilities and equipment are properly maintained and repaired expediently. Interview, hire, train, and supervise park staff, including maintenance workers, and office staff, and train for career progression. Manage the park's reservations and check-in/check-out processes. Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Lead by example with a proactive stance on safety and operations of the park. Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to District Manager or other management as needed. Make recommendations for capital and operational improvements and work with vendors and contractors as needed to complete major repairs or renovations. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of management experience in RV park operations or a related field. Full-time RVer ready to relocate and live on-site. Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment. Proficiency in budget management preferred. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to RV parks. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Physical ability to stand, walk, operate equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be certified, or willing to get certified, to dispense propane.
