Landscape & Hardscape Contractor - Lead Referral PartnershipOpportunity Overview We are looking for established Landscape & Hardscape Contractors in Texas interested in receiving additional residential, commercial, and development project leads. This is a lead referral partnership , not an employee position. We generate the leads. You estimate, contract, manage, and complete the projects through your own company. There is no upfront cost to participate. Instead of charging for leads or requiring a marketing budget from you, we receive a small agreed-upon percentage of projects that are successfully contracted through our referrals. What We Provide Qualified landscaping and hardscaping leads Marketing and advertising at no upfront cost to you Website creation or redesign, if needed CRM and lead tracking software Call tracking Phone support when you are unable to answer Lead follow-up assistance Residential, commercial, and development opportunities Our goal is to help make sure good leads don't get lost because a contractor is busy working, managing a crew, or unable to answer the phone. What We're Looking For We want to partner with established contractors who: Operate their own legitimate contracting business Carry appropriate insurance Maintain any licenses, registrations, or permits required for the work performed Have experience with landscaping and hardscaping projects Can professionally estimate and manage referred projects Respond to new leads promptly Keep lead and project statuses updated in our tracking system Have an established crew and the ability to handle larger projects Ideally have 10+ workers or the ability to quickly scale using qualified subcontractors Projects may include landscaping, hardscaping, pavers, artificial turf, irrigation, concrete, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pool landscaping/demo, grading, drainage, commercial landscaping, development projects, and other outdoor construction. Specialty work must be completed by contractors or subcontractors who hold any licensing required for that particular work. How It Works We provide the marketing and leads → You close and complete the work → We receive an agreed-upon referral percentage. There are no upfront marketing fees, website fees, software fees, or lead-purchase costs. You continue operating under your own company , and our role is to help generate, track, and support additional business opportunities for you. We're particularly interested in contractors who want to grow and have the workforce—or subcontractor network—to take advantage of larger residential, commercial, and development projects.
