REQUIRED.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows the industry and can step in and lead a crew from day one. We're looking for someone who can be handed a truck, crew, job scope and schedule and own the day.

REQUIREMENTS

Direct professional holiday lighting installation experience Previous crew lead or leadership experience Extensive experience safely navigating steep residential roofs Extensive experience working from 32' extension ladders Strong C9 roofline, tree, wreath and stake-lighting experience Ability to troubleshoot lighting and basic electrical issues in the field Ability to read job scopes and execute designs accurately Keep the crew moving efficiently while maintaining quality and safety Manage materials, tools and organization of the truck Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company truck Reliability is a must. This is outdoor seasonal work. You need to be prepared for normal Texas fall and winter conditions—cold, wind, damp conditions, light rain and changing temperatures—while having the experience and judgment to recognize when roof or ladder conditions are unsafe. This is a hands-on Crew Lead position. You will be installing alongside your crew while being responsible for the quality, pace, safety and completion of each job.

PAY:

$28-$40/hour based on directly relevant holiday lighting and crew leadership experience. The top end of the range is reserved for someone who can demonstrate the ability to independently run a crew and handle complex residential and commercial installations.
