A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Drive company truck and landscaping trailer safely to assigned properties Lead and supervise a landscaping maintenance crew Perform mowing, edging, blowing, weed removal, shrub trimming, and general landscape maintenance Make sure properties are completed correctly and on schedule Load, unload, and properly secure landscaping equipment Perform basic inspections of equipment before and after use Communicate with management regarding property concerns, delays, damages, or additional work needed Keep the crew productive and organized throughout the workday Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance at client properties Work alongside the crew as needed to complete each propertyRequirements:
Valid driver's license and clean/reliable driving history Experience driving a truck while pulling a landscaping or utility trailer Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred Foreman, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in Texas weather Ability to lift and carry landscaping equipment and materials Must be able to communicate well with management and crew members Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Pay starts at $150 per day, based on experience. Schedule is generally Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays depending on workload, weather, or scheduling needs. This is an in-person position and requires traveling to commercial properties throughout the Greater Houston area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can take responsibility for a crew, and can help keep daily routes running smoothly.Pay:
