A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description

Full Time w/ overtime pay Required to have a Valid Texas Driver's License, Social Security Card Able to operate an Isuzu Must have experience leading crews of 4-5 people Need to know how to operate zero turn, weed eater, edger, blower, trimmer, etc. Ability to use cell phone app for communication, uploading photos, and entering timesheets. Reliable and hardworking. Foreman are expected to work with their crews. Properties are mapped out and new foreman will receive training on expectations. Company is growing, work will be stable at 40 hours in the winter.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
