Seasonal Inmate Crew Supervisor Concho Christmas Celebration - San Angelo, Texas Concho Christmas Celebration is seeking a dependable, mature, and responsible individual to supervise an all-male TDCJ inmate work crew assisting with the setup, maintenance, and removal of displays for the annual Concho Christmas Tour of Lights. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable providing firm but respectful supervision in a structured work environment. The ideal candidate will have good judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate authority and professional boundaries. Responsibilities Supervise and provide daily direction to an all-male TDCJ inmate work crew. Coordinate daily assignments and projects with TDCJ personnel and Concho Christmas Celebration representatives. Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of Christmas light displays and decorations. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Account for tools, equipment, supplies, and materials used by the crew. Communicate promptly regarding work progress, safety concerns, equipment needs, or other issues. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, mature, and trustworthy. Comfortable supervising and providing direction to an all-male inmate work crew. Able to be firm, fair, respectful, and consistent. Able to work independently and keep projects on schedule. Comfortable working outdoors and around tools, equipment, vehicles, and Christmas lighting displays. Previous experience in crew supervision, construction, maintenance, or a similar hands-on environment is helpful but not required. Seasonal Position This is a seasonal position associated with the preparation, operation, and removal of San Angelo's annual Tour of Lights. Hours and work availability will vary based on the needs of the event. Because this is not a year-round position, it is best suited for an individual who has a reliable alternate source of income or other financial means during periods when this position is not active .
