Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of lawn maintenance workers in various tasks including garden maintenance, tree care, and grounds keeping.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to understand the Scope of work required for their assigned commercial properties and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 plus years in grounds keeping, weed eating, lawn maintenance care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record a must.
