A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day irrigation branch operations, including crews, scheduling, equipment, and materials Recruit, hire, train, and develop irrigation team members while maintaining staffing levels and team performance Lead and support irrigation crews while holding team members accountable for quality and productivity Oversee irrigation installation, repairs, maintenance, and enhancement projects to ensure quality and timely completion Manage project budgets, job costs, billing, and overall profitability Serve as a primary point of contact for irrigation clients and build strong customer relationships Conduct site visits, troubleshoot irrigation issues, and ensure proper installation and repair practices Identify opportunities for irrigation enhancements and additional work to support division growth Ensure safety compliance, proper equipment use, and coordination withAccount Managers and Operations Requirements:
5+ years commercial irrigation/landscape experience 3+ years in a leadership or management role Licensed or Certified Irrigator Strong knowledge of commercial irrigation systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Strong organizational and people-management skills About Us Prestonwood Landscape Services has been delivering trusted commercial landscaping for 25+ years.
