Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management Oversee landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, gardeners, and subcontractors to achieve operational excellence Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations Manage tree care operations, including pruning, removal, planting, and health assessments Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize water efficiency Provide technical guidance on horticulture practices, plant selection, pest control, and seasonal gardening tasks Maintain detailed records of project progress, maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and safety compliance Skills Extensive experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping Proven supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments with excellent leadership skills Knowledge of lawn care techniques, construction practices related to landscape development, and tree care procedures Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for water conservation efforts Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors Bi-lingual Preferred This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about creating vibrant outdoor spaces. $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
