Job Description

Job Summary ALISCO - Action Landscaping, specializes in installing irrigation systems and landscaping for developers and commercial accounts. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Crew Manager to lead our outdoor teams. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of landscape projects, coordinate crew activities, and ensure high-quality execution of daily projects Your leadership will drive team performance, promote safety standards, and uphold the company's commitment to quality landscape installs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse landscaping projects while fostering a positive team atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape crew members to ensure efficient completion of landscaping and irrigation projects. Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards Manage customer expectations via email and phone Inspect completed work, work-in-progress, and warranty claims Help with landscape/irrigation design, pricing, and permitting process Ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols and company policies during outdoor work activities Further information discussed in interview Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in landscape installations, maintenance or related outdoor services roles preferred Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape practices, and related machinery and tools. Must be able to use Email, Excel, Word and basic computer usage Hindsite software experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with hardscaping construction projects and irrigation management preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment, company vehicles, and ground maintenance tools safely and efficiently Excellent team management skills with a focus on leadership and crew motivation College degree not required but preferred Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred
Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
