Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and dependable Mowing Foreman to lead a mowing crew and oversee daily field operations. The ideal candidate must be able to operate lawn and landscaping equipment, manage a crew, travel as needed, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, and skid steers . Lead and supervise a mowing crew. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently. Pull and safely operate a trailer . Travel to various job locations as required. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain and properly care for company equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with management and crew members. Ensure the crew stays on schedule and completes assigned work.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older . Must have a valid U.S. driver's license . Must have a clean driving record . Must be able to pass a company background check. No felony convictions within the past 7 years . Must be able to travel as required. Must be able to safely pull a trailer. Must be able to operate a mower, weed eater, and skid steer . Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently. Must be comfortable working outdoors and leading a crew.
