We are currently seeking a skilled, hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead our installation projects. Core Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Manage, motivate, and supervise a crew of 4 to 5 personnel.

Project Execution:

Oversee complete landscape, irrigation and drainage installation projects.

Equipment Operations:

Safely operate a truck and trailer setup, skid steer, trencher, and mini-excavator (on-the-job training provided for equipment) .

Communication:

Read landscape plans/drawings and effectively coordinate with clients and team members.

Safety & Training:

Train new personnel on company performance, quality, and safety standards.

Logistics:

Manage assigned vehicles, tools, and inventory; transport and unload project materials as required.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crew leader installing comprehensive landscape projects, irrigation systems or expirence leading a maintenance team.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid State of Texas Driver's License and maintain an insurable driving record. (A CDL or college degree is NOT required).

Driving Skills:

Proven experience driving a truck with a towed trailer.

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work comfortably outdoors in all weather conditions.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Location:

Candidates living within a 40-minute commute of our office are preferred.

Reliability:
