Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a profitable book of work (landscape maintenance accounts). Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality property maintenance. Diagnose landscape issues. Retain customers. Generate new sales and upsell existing customers. Drive a snow plow and manage a snow route during the winter.

Requirements:

Seasoned Sales Professional. Exceptional customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Estimating and bidding experience. Project management experience. Irrigation diagnosis and repair knowledge and experience. Landscape maintenance experience. Plant material knowledge. Landscape design experience. Snow plow driving experience. Detail oriented. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-Motivated. Hard worker. Team player. Professional Behavior. Happy, optimistic, and great attitude. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Preferences:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
