Salary, incentive bonus, benefits, company vehicle Position Overview BWS Landscaping is looking for an experienced irrigation professional to build and lead our Irrigation Service Division from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for developing a new division with a goal of growing to $1 million+ in annual revenue. The division will focus on irrigation service, repair, maintenance, and system improvements for commercial landscape maintenance customers. This position does not include new irrigation installation for builders or general contractors.

Initially, this will be a hands-on position requiring time in the field. As the division grows, the role will transition toward leading the team and managing the division's overall performance. We currently have an established commercial maintenance customer base with significant irrigation service needs. Today, much of this work is performed through subcontractors. Our goal is to bring this capability in-house and build a dedicated irrigation team that can better serve our customers while creating a new growth division. Key Responsibilities Division Development & Leadership Build and grow the Irrigation Service Division to $1 million+ in annual revenue Develop service offerings, pricing, processes, and quality standards Build out irrigation service trucks, equipment, tools, and inventory Recruit, train, and lead irrigation technicians as the division grows Manage revenue, labor, gross margin, and overall division profitability Irrigation Service Initially perform irrigation diagnostics, repairs, start-ups, winterizations, inspections, and system improvements Troubleshoot commercial irrigation systems and recommend solutions Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to BWS quality standards Transition field responsibilities to technicians as the division grows Sales & Growth Partner with Account Managers to identify and sell irrigation services to existing BWS maintenance customers Work with the Sales team to estimate work and develop irrigation proposals Identify system improvements and additional service opportunities Build strong customer relationships and recurring irrigation revenue Operational Oversight Develop efficient scheduling and routing of irrigation technicians Monitor job costing, labor efficiency, and profitability Maintain appropriate truck inventory and equipment Be actively involved in BWS snow and ice operations during the winter Help is other areas of the business during the winter months Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up 5+ years of commercial irrigation service and troubleshooting experience preferred Strong knowledge of irrigation controllers, valves, wiring, heads, and system diagnostics Experience in estimating and pricing irrigation service and repair work Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable working in the field while building the division Ability to recruit, train, and develop irrigation technicians Strong understanding of job costing, labor efficiency, and profitability Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why BWS Landscaping?
