Greener Lawn Maintenance LLC is seeking a motivated Landscape Field Manager to lead our crews and oversee day-to-day field operations. This person will help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and to the quality our clients expect. Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily landscape work and snow removal operations. Visit job sites, guide crews, and inspect completed work for quality and safety. Monitor labor hours, materials, and job costs against project budgets. Train, coach, and support crew members. Keep clients informed about job progress, site concerns, and opportunities to improve their landscapes. Qualifications One to two years of experience supervising landscape crews or field teams. Ability to identify common plant diseases and insect problems. Working knowledge of commercial landscape equipment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
