Duties Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and IPM projects to ensure timely and quality delivery Supervise and lead field crews, providing guidance, pruning, planting, IPM, and general maintenance Develop and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored landscape solutions Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and environmental standards Assist with estimating project costs, preparing proposals, estimates and invoices while managing labor and material budgets to ensure profitability Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable landscaping methods to innovate service offerings Skills Bi-Lingual (possible), fluent with both English and Spanish. English is a must!
