Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Corn Maze and Agritourism Manager to lead the development, operation, and maintenance of our seasonal farm attractions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable outdoor experiences for visitors while ensuring safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for agriculture, outdoor recreation, and community engagement, combined with strong leadership skills to oversee a diverse team and manage various farm operations. Oversee the daily operations of the corn maze, sunflower fields, and Western town.

Experience:
You must have prior experience working in corn mazes, agritourism, festivals, or similar outdoor events.
Great Attitude:
Friendly, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility:
Ready to work outdoors (rain or shine) and available for busy weekend shifts. Manage the
Farm Store:
Help customers, stock seasonal goods, and keep the store looking great.
Help Guests:
Guide visitors, answer questions, and ensure everyone has a safe, memorable experience.

Pay:
$22.88 - $27.56 per hour
