The right person will be a strong leader who can keep crews organized, maintain quality standards, communicate with customers and team members, and make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating daily landscape production Supervising and supporting field crews Scheduling jobs, crews, and materials Ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail Maintaining productivity and job-site efficiency Communicating with customers and management Helping train and develop team members Ensuring company equipment and vehicles are properly maintained

Requirements:

✅ Valid driver's license ✅ Clean driving record ✅ No criminal history ✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills ✅ Landscaping/production experience preferred ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead a team, and wants to grow with a company—not just someone looking for a job.
