Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated crew member to help execute landscaping activities. The ideal candidate will assist a team in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are done efficiently. Responsibilities

• Work with crew members on a variety of daily tasks
• Maintain and build landscapes according to project plans
• Perform landscape maintenance including plant care and irrigation
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
• Communicates with crew lead, project manager, designer
• working as a team Skills
• Strong ability to be a good a teammate and communicate well
• Proficiency in landscape construction practices and landscape maintenance
• Knowledge of pruning, irrigation systems, and general landscaping techniques including paver patios, retaining walls, stair construction, planting, drainage, rain gardens, fences etc...
• Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of permaculture or regenerative agriculture a plus.
