A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

We are looking for experienced Maintenance and Construction Foreman or Technicians. Driver's License or Pesticide License are preferred and would be compensated for.
Must be able to:
Perform work safely and ensure the rest of your crew works safely as well. Show strong leadership and guidance to your crew. Manage time effectively. Assess and resolve minor problems on jobs sites. Maintain and perform minor equipment repair. Keep accurate daily records of work completed on job sites. Perform quality inspections of work completed by your crew and provide direction to maintain quality and safety while working on job sites. Have good communication skills. Depending on the position you are interested in, you will need to have: Experience in maintaining existing landscapes and plant material. Knowledge of plant identification, plant installation, and soil amendment. Experience running landscape equipment such as skid steers, compactors, trenchers, hedgers, blowers, pole saws, etc. Knowledge of soil grades and proper site drainage, paired with the ability to use a transit. Experience reading a site plan, installing lawns, edging, and balled and burlapped plant material. Experience installing patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
