Fox & Field Landscaping is looking for an experienced Lead Landscape Foreman to take ownership of landscape projects and help lead our field team. You will be responsible for turning plans into finished projects, leading crews, coordinating work in the field, solving problems, maintaining quality, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Lead landscape crews and manage day to day field execution Review project plans, scope, materials, and job requirements before work begins Lay out projects and translate plans into daily work for the crew Oversee installation of paver patios, retaining walls, natural stone, planting, grading, drainage, and other landscape features Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors Maintain strong standards for quality, safety, productivity, and jobsite organization Communicate directly with homeowners during the project Monitor labor hours, material usage, and project progress Identify issues early and make practical field decisions to keep projects moving Train and develop crew members and future foremen Communicate project progress, material needs, and field issues to the Director of Landscape Operations Provide feedback on labor requirements, production rates, materials, and project execution to help improve future estimates Qualifications Your experience and track record matter more to us than a particular degree or previous job title. Significant residential landscape experience Strong experience with paver patios and retaining walls Knowledge of grading, drainage, excavation, base preparation, compaction, and wall construction Experience with planting and softscape installation Ability to read plans, establish grades, lay out projects, and manage elevations Experience leading landscape or hardscape crews Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, saws, and other landscape equipment Strong problem solving skills and good field judgment Strong customer communication skills High standards for craftsmanship, organization, and jobsite professionalism Ability to manage labor, materials, equipment, and daily crew assignments Compensation We are looking for an experienced field leader who can take significant ownership of project execution, crew performance, and finished quality. $115,000 annual base compensation
