Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial property landscapes, supervising your crew members . Your expertise in groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation will ensure high-quality results across various outdoor projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, applying your skills to well-maintained landscapes. Winter work with snow removal operations will be available. Responsibilities Drive vehicles and equipment to project sites Oversee crewmembers operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas healthy and visually appealing Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment Conduct groundskeeping activities including snow plowing during winter months and seasonal clean-up tasks Follow all safety protocols diligently while handling tools, equipment, and chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Experience supervising 2+ people Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices Experience and knowledge of of Riding and Walk Behind Mower operation. Mechanical knowledge of power tools and lawn care equipment Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks like snow plowing and garden gardening techniques Strong adherence to safety protocols combined with excellent attention to detail in all maintenance activities
