Job Description

Quality Hands Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Foreman to lead field operations and manage residential installation projects. This position is for a hands-on leader who can oversee crews, maintain production efficiency, and ensure projects are completed to company standards for quality and professionalism. The Foreman will be responsible for running daily job operations, coordinating crew members, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality results on patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and landscape installations. Responsibilities Lead and manage landscape and hardscape crews Read and execute project layouts and plans Oversee patio, retaining wall, drainage, and grading installations Ensure proper base preparation and elevation control Operate equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and plate compactor Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism Communicate effectively with homeowners and management Maintain safety standards on all job sites Qualifications Minimum 3 years of landscape or hardscape installation experience Prior crew lead or foreman experience required Strong understanding of grading, base prep, and drainage principles Ability to operate construction equipment safely Valid driver's license required Dependable, punctual, and professional Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for advancement within a growing company About Quality Hands Landscaping Quality Hands Landscaping is a locally owned company serving Berkeley County and surrounding areas.
