Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Mowing Crew Leader to oversee an outdoor maintenance route. Ensuring that our grounds are pristine, well-maintained, and visually appealing. As a leader, you will coordinate daily tasks, work with a crew member, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional groundskeeping services. A valid driver's license is required. Duties Operate groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools with precision and safety awareness Maintain equipment records, perform routine maintenance checks, and ensure all tools are in good working condition Experience Extensive outdoor work experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping activities Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques Hands-on experience operating grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, and company vehicles Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation Previous experience in lawn maintenance.
