Golf Course Maintenance - Greenskeeper/Landscaper Inverness Golf & Country Club Full-Time | $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience Inverness Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Greenskeeper/Landscaper to join our team. This full-time position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, playability, and overall condition of the golf course and club grounds. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is interested in being part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily golf course and grounds maintenance, including mowing greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding areas. Assist with landscaping, trimming, edging, weeding, and general property upkeep. Rake and maintain bunkers and other course features. Assist with course setup, including changing cups, moving tee markers, and maintaining course signage. Operate golf course maintenance equipment and hand tools safely and properly. Assist with irrigation repairs and maintenance as needed. Perform routine cleanup, including removing debris, leaves, branches, and other materials from the course and grounds. Help maintain landscaping around the clubhouse and other club facilities. Follow all safety procedures and properly care for tools and equipment. Assist the Golf Course Maintenance team with additional projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous golf course maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate landscaping and golf course maintenance equipment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality grounds. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on golf course operations. Compensation & Schedule Full-Time $15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
