OverviewQualifications:
Looking for both an InstallerLead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team. No experience necessary, PAID on the job training provided. Paid VacationHolidays. Overtime eligible position. Year round work available.Job Tasks:
Loadunload materialsequipment as needed. Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder. Apply concrete coatings. Communicate with customersother personnel. Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment. Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.Requirements:
Be 18 years or older. Must have drivers licensereliable transportation. Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary. Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)Personal RequirementsSkills Needed:
IntegrityTrustworthy. Be able to work with a team of installers, sales team,office staff. Communicate effectively. Problem solving. Organization. Ability to work under pressure. Customer servicePhysical Abilities:
Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work on knees or in a kneeling position occasionally. Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous).Benefits
