Job Description
Job Summary Now hiring part time (25 hours per week) experienced lawn maintenance person for multi unit complex located in Daphne. Experience is necessary, but some equipment training will be provided. Hourly pay will be determined and based on experience and availability. Applicant must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, especially hot weather. Safety training will be provided. This is a 1099 sub-contracted position. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including edging, trimming, blowing and mowing Operate groundskeeping equipment such as a weed eater, riding lawn mower, hedge trimmer and blower. Perform painting on fences, structures, or other outdoor surfaces. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related fields is necessary. General painting experience is a plus. Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, and able to pass a drug test. Must provide information on last two jobs as references.
