Porter/Groundskeeper Job Requirements:

Must be able to handle the elements of being outside. Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred but

NOT REQUIRED.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Porter/Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

Trash pick-up daily Minor landscaping projects Maintain cleanliness of the property and grounds Light checks Help clean common areas.
