Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Maintenance Employee and play a vital role in creating and maintaining a pristine, enjoyable environment for golfers and visitors alike. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course remains in top condition by performing landscape maintenance, turf care, and equipment operation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold the high standards of our course, providing an exceptional experience for all who visit. Duties include but are not limited to the following Maintain the health and appearance of the golf course by performing lawn care, landscaping, and gardening tasks. Operate power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems to support turf management and landscape upkeep. Support general land maintenance activities including trimming, edging, fertilizing, and aerating. Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance schedules and special projects that enhance course aesthetics. Follow safety protocols while handling tools and equipment to maintain a secure work environment. Requirements Prior experience or strong interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and landscaping techniques. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with general maintenance procedures related to golf course upkeep. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward course presentation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and enthusiasm. Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, and turf management.
