Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your expertise and passion! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, and public landscapes through hands-on work with plants, hardscape features, and various tools. Your skills will help create beautiful, functional outdoor environments that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and pest management Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use and maintain healthy landscapes Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal as needed for safety and aesthetics Implement hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, or other landscape features Assist with seasonal tasks like snow plowing or winterizing landscapes to keep properties maintained year-round Requirements Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators or lawn mowers Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices Ability to identify plants accurately and manage pest control responsibly using pesticide management techniques Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting for efficient watering solutions Construction experience related to hardscape installation or landscape structures is a plus Strong understanding of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment Valid experience with snow plowing or winter landscape maintenance is desirable Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments!
