Job Summary Bartel Communications is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our leading landscaping and land management company Southern LandWrx as an Entry Level Equipment Operator / Groundhand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who possess a strong work ethic, determination to succeed, and is passionate about operating various equipment and performing general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the highest level of service to our clients. What you'll do Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, tractors, skid-steers, and other landscape machinery Follow instructions and work orders to perform lawn care, tree maintenance, and general landscaping tasks Perform routine inspections and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality of all equipment to minimize downtime Participate in loading, unloading, and transporting materials using equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling efforts on job sites Maintain a clean and safe job site Adhere to company policies and regulations, showcasing professionalism and a positive work ethic Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating equipment and carrying out manual tasks Minimum qualifications Class A CDL High School Diploma or Equivalent A Clean Driving Record (MVR) 2 Years experience in equipment operation and/or grounds maintenance Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Paid vacation and holidays On-the-job training with opportunities for advancement We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, along with opportunities for career growth within the organization!
